Cascade Flats
We designed and built our event center with your needs and interests at heart. This brand new facility is open and welcoming all events. The building features a warming kitchen, DJ/bar area, Laser projector with a 150 inch projector screen and a built in speaker system. For your comfort, the attached bridal suite and groomsman suite are built for your comfort, security and needs for your special day.
Whether your needs are a 275+ person wedding venue or a small business meeting, birthday party or social event, our facility will exceed your expectations. From my family to yours, thank you for your consideration in booking an event.

Event Options
All are welcome.
A year-round useable facility featuring a fully heated and air-conditioned space for your comfort. Wedding and event packages below come with our round 8-person white tables and chairs which will be setup prior to your event in 1 of our 3 seating arrangement options of your choice. We have a list of preferred wedding coordinators, floral arrangement vendors, hair/makeup artists and photographers to assist if needed. We do want to thank our Men and Women in the Armed forces and all of our first responders and we do provide a discount to show our appreciation for your sacrifices. Intimate Weddings
Designed for a smaller intimate wedding of up to 40 guests and will include the full use of the facility and a seating arrangement of your choice. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Marquee Weddings
Designed for your larger wedding of up to 160 guests and will include the full use of the facility and a seating arrangement of your choice. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Grand Weddings
Designed for our largest wedding of up to 275 guests and will include the full use of the facility and a seating arrangement of your choice. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Food & drinks
Potlucks to full catering
The warming kitchen has adequate space to warm and prep your food items for your event and a commercial size 54" refrigerator to keep your salads and food cool including a 150 pound Ice maker. The kitchen has lots of countertop space for a caterer to prepare for serving. We do work with multiple local caterers and can assist you in finding the perfect menu for the occasion. We do allow beer and wine providing you utilize a Washington State licensed bartender and purchase the additional insurance package. We will provide you our partners website's for more information or you can obtain your own liability insurance providing it meets our requirements.
